Initial Ayurvedic consultation: 60 minutes
The initial consultation will involve an assessment your health status, current lifestyle patterns and the identification of your dosha(s). Your dosha is your mind-body type. You may be a Vata, Pitta, Kapha or a combination of these doshas. From the information gained we will develop a plan to integrate daily activities (healthy rituals) to help balance your dosha(s). You will learn how and why you are affected by the changing seasons, your environment and start to understand how to live more in harmony with your true nature by establishing daily routines and healthy habits.
Follow-up consultation(s): 30-45 minutes
Your evolution as you implement the suggested lifestyle changes will be made under guidance, care, and with support. As you become more aware and in sync your energy will deepen, your emotions will become increasingly positive, and your thinking will become inspired! Your ideal wellness routine will be revised and adapted according to the season you are in and your individual needs. You will learn to overcome obstacles and what works best for your mind-body type.
