My yoga classes help students to build strength, flexibility, and balance. There is an emphasis on learning the correct alignment and building a connection to your breath. You will learn to explore movement that is right for your body in this moment by listening to the messages or sensations the body sends you. Yoga is a full body workout that will leave you with uplifted spirits. It can help you to reduce stress and anxiety, increased circulation, reduce neck and back pain, improve digestion and thyroid function and more.
